Javo Super Mega potting machine with pneumatic potdispenser and pneumatic take off
The Javo Super Mega potting machine is a solid universal machine suitable for any soil type. By applying a unique soil elevating system, this machine is technically unsurpassed and user friendly. This provides a high level of assurance in productivity.
The Mega provides an extra large working area. Ideal for large and high pots up to 25 cm. An automatic soil supply / cut-off system and a unique paddle wheel prevents any deformation of the soil structure.
The capacity of the Javo Super Mega potting machine is stepless control from 600 up to 3,000 pots per hour single.
The soil bin of 1.5-cubic yards is accessible from 3 sides and equipped with a soil conveyor belt. With adjustable steps, this belt supplies the paddle wheel. The soil bin can be filled with i.a. a front loader, forklift or crate tilter.
Javo Super Mega is equipped with the following options:


- Pneumatic LPO potdispenser (double) with supply conveyor
