New buffer conveyor with over pusher

- Number of pots in row

- Number of pots in row 1

- Number of pots in row 2

- Repeat row 1

- Repeat row 2

- Space between buffer

- In mitre: yes / no

- Correction first pot (to compensate the angle of the first pot)
- Turning over to the end buffer band (to be used when delivering plants)
- Multilingual PLC: Dutch, English, German, French, Polish and Russian (Other languages also available on request)
- Built-in modem with 4G internet connection for logging into the PLC remotely for service support
- Control Techniques inverters for infeed conveyor, pusher and buffer conveyor

Would you like a quotation for a new buffer belt? If so, we would like to receive the following information:


- Length and width of the buffer belt
- Desired capacity
- Dimensions of the pots and/or trays
- Distance between the pots on the buffer belt
- Do you want a pre-collector with pneumatic stoppers for a higher capacity? (Required at higher capacity from 3000 - 3500 pots/hour)
- Width of supply belt and pusher belt is standard: 25 cm. Do you want a wider conveyor belt?


In the programme, you can adjust whether the pots are placed wider apart or mitred on the buffer conveyor. Please note that if the pots are placed wider apart, this will reduce the capacity of the buffer belt.
